Job Summary:
The Event Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel, ensuring the safety of guests, staff, and performers, and maintaining order at events. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and coordinate event security staff, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to security protocols.
  2. Conduct pre-event briefings to communicate assignments, expectations, and emergency procedures.
  3. Monitor security operations, including access control, crowd management, and incident response.
  4. Act as the primary point of contact for security-related concerns during events.
  5. Respond to and manage security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies professionally and efficiently.
  6. Ensure employees are adhering to company policies and clock in/out procedures
  7. Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of security activities.
  8. Provide guidance and training to security personnel as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or crowd management.
  2. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of security procedures, access control, and emergency response.
  4. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  5. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
  6. Physical ability to stand for long periods and respond to incidents as required.
  7. CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule:
  1. Work is primarily conducted in event venues, stadiums, convention centers, and other large-scale event locations.
  2. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules.
  3. May involve exposure to loud noise, large crowds, and dynamic environments.

Pay $18.00
