Event & Operation Scheduler
Eclipse Staffing and Security is the largest minority supplier for all major Indianapolis sporting events. We're a licensed security guard company specializing in the recruitment and placement of event/security specialist. We're building the next generation of event managers. Ideal candidate would have a background in sports administration, tourism/event management and/or security guard related.

Scope of Work
– Management of large major events including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indiana State Fair, Indiana Convention Center, Pacers Entertainment and others.
– Develop and implement staffing strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates
– Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
– Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals
– Conduct background checks and reference checks for potential hires
– Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
– Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
– Extend job offers and execute terminations if needed.
– Facilitate new hire onboarding process, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
– Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

Experience
– Associates degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– Proven experience in talent acquisition or staffing role
– Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar software
– Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
